Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment

  • 1.1. All bookings must be made through the official booking platform provided by the Company.
  • 1.2. Full payment or the required deposit must be made at the time of booking to confirm your session.
  • 1.3. Payments can be made via online bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved digital payment methods.
  • 1.4. Bookings without proof of payment within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.
  • 1.5. The booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once payment is verified.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • 2.1. You may reschedule your appointment once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
  • 2.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or non-attendance will result in a full forfeiture of the payment.
  • 2.3. In the event the Company cancels or postpones a session due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., weather, technical issues, health restrictions), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • 2.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
